Location: Only candidates residing around the Ajah axis, Lagos, will be considered
Industry: Transport/Logistics
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a transport company

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of fleet vehicles
• Supervise drivers and workshop staff to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing, repairs, and costs
• Monitor fleet performance, fuel usage, and spare parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Fleet or Maintenance Supervisor in a transport/logistics company
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a supervisory role
• Strong mechanical and technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Must reside in or around Ajah, Lagos
• Experience specifically in a transport company is a strong advantage
