Job Summary
- We are hiring for contract employment in Financial Accounting Department. The major tasks are reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and preparation of Audit schedules and should be highly skilled in excel.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile Assigned Bank Accounts and resolve reconciling items
- Prepare Statement of Financial Position Accounts’ Schedules
- Post transactions into QuickBooks
- GL Account reconciliation
- Trial Balance review and corrections after approval
- To support the preparation of auditable financial records
KPI
- Timely reconciliation and assigned Accounts
- Accurate resolution of reconciling differences
- Quality of schedules prepared
- Quality of review
- Timeliness of posting
Requirements
- Seasoned Accountant versed in preparing accounts for a Big4 audit
- Bachelor’s degree or Accounting Professional Certification
- Minimum of 3 Years in Financial Accounting leadership
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft EXECEL
- Knowledge of IFRS.
