OVERVIEW

We are hiring entry-level Finance Officers to join our dynamic Finance team at Promasidor for the folllowing roles:

• Officer – Bank Reconciliations and Charges
• Officer – Accounts Payables
• Officer – Accounts Receivables

RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

• Reconciling bank statements with general ledger transactions
• Processing vendor invoices, payments, and resolving discrepancies
• Managing customer accounts and monitoring incoming payments
• Ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with internal controls
• Supporting month-end and year-end financial close activities

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• HND/BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1 – 2 years relevant work experience
• Professional membership in view (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is preferable

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Reconciliation and financial reporting
• Knowledge of accounting policies and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
• Understanding of financial regulations and controls
