Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile financial data and General Ledgers (GLs) with precision.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, identifying issues and recommending solutions.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across the business.
  • Maintain detailed records of all GLs in the accounting system.
  • Work closely with AjoCard partners, banks, and internal teams to resolve any issues.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Finance and accounting
  • Skills: Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, high attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Adaptability: Ability to handle large amounts of data, compile detailed reports, and adapt quickly to change.
  • Team Player: Experience in client engagement and working as part of a team.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using accounting software (preferably QuickBooks). Fintech experience is a plus.
  • Professionalism: Diligence, meticulousness, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
