Field Sales Officer (Seasoning Products)

Key Responsibilities

  • Own your route – drive sales in open markets, retail shops, and neighborhood stores.
  • Ensure product visibility, availability, and compliance with pricing.
  • Build strong retailer relationships and secure repeat orders.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and execution KPIs..
  • Share market feedback, competitor moves, and customer insights with your manager.
  • Support in-store activations, trade promotions, and product samplings.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • 3 – 4 years’ proven experience in FMCG field sales (seasoning, spices, sauces, or food products preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Lagos open markets and retail channels.
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and resilient in achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently on the field with minimal supervision.
  • Tech-friendly: able to use smartphone tools, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
