Field Sales Agent
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect, engage, and onboard customers within assigned areas
- Achieve monthly financial targets and sales quotas
- Educate customers on products, pricing, and benefits with clarity and accuracy
- Follow up on leads and referrals through field visits and calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Submit daily/weekly reports on market activities and performance (e.g., call memos, sales tracker)
- Provide market insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and sale processes
- Ensure all customer documentation and onboarding follow company compliance standards
- Represent the brand with integrity and a customer-first approach
Requirements
- Qualifications HND/ B.Sc. in Finance, Business,marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a field sales role, preferably in consumer finance, lending, or microfinance
- Must have completed NYSC
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Great in-depth knowledge for Market penetration
- High-energy, creative thinking and a demonstrated history of driving results
- High level of attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
