Field Sales Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect, engage, and onboard customers within assigned areas
  • Achieve monthly financial targets and sales quotas
  • Educate customers on products, pricing, and benefits with clarity and accuracy
  • Follow up on leads and referrals through field visits and calls
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on market activities and performance (e.g., call memos, sales tracker)
  • Provide market insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and sale processes
  • Ensure all customer documentation and onboarding follow company compliance standards
  • Represent the brand with integrity and a customer-first approach

Requirements

  • Qualifications HND/ B.Sc. in Finance, Business,marketing or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a field sales role, preferably in consumer finance, lending, or microfinance
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Great in-depth knowledge for Market penetration
  • High-energy, creative thinking and a demonstrated history of driving results
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
