About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s energy products directly to customers in assigned territories.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns to generate leads and close sales.
• Identify and engage prospective clients through field interactions, cold calling, and grassroots marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide regular reports on field activity, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve set targets and contribute to strategic initiatives.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer and public engagements.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / NCE in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, direct sales, or related roles (energy industry experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in outdoor/field environments.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in basic reporting and use of mobile technology tools.
