Facility Manager
Job Brief
We are seeking the services of an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the smooth operation, safety and efficiency of our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all physical assets; including plant infrastructure, equipment, and office building are maintained to the highest standard, supporting our mission of delivering safe and reliable water.
Responsibilities
- Manage the upkeep and repair of company buildings, equipment and utilities.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for machinery, vehicles and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
- Oversee security, cleaning and general facility services.
- Manage facility budgets, vendor relationships and contracts.
- Develop and implement policies for facility management and energy efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Facility Management, Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in Facility Management, Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and contracts effectively.
- Live within Ajah and its environs.
