Ziba Beach Resort is seeking an experienced Facility & Maintenance Manager to take full ownership of our facilities, assets, and maintenance operations.

This role is hands-on and supervisory. If you can plan, supervise, enforce standards, and prevent assets from falling into disrepair, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all resort facilities, buildings, and assets
• Supervise and manage the maintenance team daily
• Implement and enforce preventive maintenance schedules
• Ensure no damaged facility or asset is abandoned or left unresolved
• Coordinate repairs, inspections, and external contractors
• Conduct regular facility inspections and report issues
• Ensure basic health and safety standards are maintained

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience managing facilities or maintenance teams
• Strong supervision and leadership skills
• Practical, hands-on maintenance background
• Experience in hospitality, resorts, estates, or large properties is an advantage
• Ability to plan, inspect, follow up, and enforce standards
