- All documents must be filled, signed, and stamped.

- Quotation must be on Company letterhead alongside SGDI RFQ.
- All bids must be sealed in an envelope and marked with instructions, Lot details and description
- Note that successful bidders who submitted their bid via the online option must present a hard copy of the submission before completing the award process.
- All unsealed and late bids will automatically be disqualified
- A means of identification (ID, such as NIN, driver’s license, etc.) of any member of the company should be part of the sealed envelope
- Bids will be evaluated on the following criteria, including but not limited to price, quality, and delivery time.
- Company must show evidence of previous experience in delivering such work in terms of nature and/or size of work
