Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security operations and staff assignments
• Conduct regular training sessions for security personnel
• Develop and implement security policies and protocols
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing security measures
• Conduct investigations into incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency response teams
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding security practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a security supervisor or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure
• Familiarity with surveillance equipment and technologies
• Ability to recruit, train and deploy guards.
• Ability to source for potential clients for the company.
