Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

Role Overview

  • The Executive Assistant to the CEO will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to provide high level administrative, operational and strategic support across all business verticals. This role requires discretion, strong organisational capacity, speed of execution and excellent communication skills.
  • You will act as a trusted support partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth coordination of schedules, priorities, confidential matters and internal team alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings and travel schedules
  • Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive company information
  • Prepare reports, briefing documents and internal communications
  • Support the CEO with personal brand related activities and content coordination
  • Coordinate internally with operations, media, finance and brand teams
  • Track deliverables, follow up with teams and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage incoming calls, emails and official communications
  • Represent the CEO professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support special projects and business expansion initiatives across all brands.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior leadership
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital productivity tools
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Preferred Profile:

  • Experience supporting founders or CEOs in fast growing organizations
  • Background in hospitality, luxury service, travel or premium lifestyle brands
  • Ability to multitask across different business functions
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
