Executive Assistant to the CEO
Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Chief Executive Officer.
- This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- You will act as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams and external stakeholders ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO.
- Support travel planning, logistics, and expense reporting.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as directed.
- Support communication and collaboration between different departments.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO’s office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
