Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Redemption Camp, Ogun State for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing the CEO’s calendar and schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- The role involves overseeing administrative functions, organizing travel arrangements, and ensuring effective day-to-day operations to enhance the CEO’s effectiveness and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Experienced in creating and maintaining Expense Reports and managing budgets
- Strong skills in Diary Management, scheduling, and calendar organization
- Adept at general Administrative Assistance and office management
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in a similar executive or administrative role
- Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
