- Deliver seamless executive support through effective diary, meeting, and travel management.
- Prepare and manage high-quality reports, presentations, and confidential correspondence.
- Coordinate MT engagements, ensuring thorough follow-up on key actions and priorities.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between the executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information.
- Anticipate needs and proactively identify ways to enhance MT effectiveness and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second-Class Lower
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 3 years’ corporate experience in business operations, office management, event management and customer service
- At least 3 years’ proven experience supporting senior leaders in a dynamic environment
SKILLS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive, resourceful, and dependable with a strong sense of initiative.
- Demonstrated discretion, integrity, and sound judgment in handling confidential matters.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.
