DUTIES &RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains calendar and appointment scheduling and works with the MD to effectively manage time.
- May serve on special projects or committees.
- Opens, distributes, reads/handles mail and emails as requested or required.
- Maintains company birthday, anniversaries and celebration schedules.
- Maintains an up-to-date electronic and paperfiling system.
- Manage the travel budget and book all executive air travel, land transport, and accommodation as well as communicate thosearrangements with a high levelof detail andfollow through.
- Create reports, presentations, memos/communications and/ortype up meetingnotes.
- Act as the pointof contact amongexecutives, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Manage information flowin a timely and accurate manner.
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports.
- Act as an office managerby keeping up with officesupply inventory.
- Some personal errands on behalfof the Executive Team will be needed fromtime to time.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor\’s Degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience.
KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
- Time management andability to meetdeadlines.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skillsand ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving and decision making.
