Executive Assistant
As the company continues to expand, they are seeking a highly skilled, strategic, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level support, ensuring seamless alignment with corporate goals, business development initiatives, and stakeholder management.
Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing high-level administrative and strategic support while facilitating the execution of business priorities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes corporate environment.
- Provide Executive Support & Administration by Managing the CEO’s complex calendar, travel logistics, meetings, and executive communications.
- Serve as the first point of contact to the CEO’s office by liaising with internal and external contacts and determine priorities for incoming queries and requests while ensuring all queries and requests are addressed promptly.
- Carry out Business Development Strategy through market research, competitor analysis, and assist in preparing investment reports and financial models.
- Get involved in Stakeholder Management by serving as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders, including board members, government agencies, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Handle sensitive corporate governance & compliance matters with confidentiality, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.
- Manage Project Coordination using high-priority initiatives, by tracking project progress, and preparing executive reports.
- Manage high-level executive meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and ensure follow-up on action points.
- Oversee crisis management strategies through internal communication to executives via correspondence, and strategic messaging.
- Collaborate with leadership on expansion projects, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and innovation-driven strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of investment reports, board presentations, and financial models
- Coordinate with other team assistants and routinely perform a wide variety of support duties to team members to ensure that the office of the CEO runs smoothly and efficiently. Required Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in executive support, preferably in oil & gas, energy, or financial services sectors.
- Strong business acumen, financial literacy, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience handling high-profile stakeholders, investors, and regulatory engagements.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, business intelligence tools, and CRM platforms.
