  • Our client is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to join the team.
  • We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of the business.
  • This role involves managing various administrative tasks, providing project tracking and documentation support, contributing to business development efforts, and assisting with proposal writing for client projects seeking funding.
  • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Editing/Drafting Reports. Assist in the preparation, editing, and drafting of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Ensure content is clear, accurate, and delivered on time. Proofread for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
  • General Research Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and other relevant topics.
  • Provide summarized findings and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Calendar Management & Scheduling Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless scheduling and time management.
  • Project Tracking & Documentation Track progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including timelines, deliverables, and meeting notes.
  • Data Entry Accurately input and maintain data in internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems. Ensure data integrity and assist with generating reports as needed.
  • Assist with business development efforts, including lead generation, client outreach, and follow-up.
  • Carry out other responsibilities as required.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in an executive support or administrative role preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in other administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze information
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
