Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Assistant to join our team. This role requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage various administrative tasks to support the executives in daily operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a well-organized office environment.
- Manage schedules, set up meetings, and handle calendar coordination for the executives.
- Assist with preparing documents, maintaining records, and managing filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the executives.
- Effectively manage data entry tasks maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Monitor office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
- Observe the best business practices and etiquette.
- And any other duties that might be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Law, Business Administration or related field with 2-3 years’ experience.
- Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
