Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Assistant to join our team. This role requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage various administrative tasks to support the executives in daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a well-organized office environment.
  • Manage schedules, set up meetings, and handle calendar coordination for the executives.
  • Assist with preparing documents, maintaining records, and managing filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for the executives.
  • Effectively manage data entry tasks maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Monitor office supplies and ordering replacements.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Observe the best business practices and etiquette.
  • And any other duties that might be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Office Management, Secretarial Studies, Law, Business Administration or related field with 2-3 years’ experience.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
