Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and appraisals accurately.
• Scout for new properties and expand the company’s portfolio.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for property marketing, leveraging both online and offline channels.
• Utilize social media platforms to enhance property visibility and engagement.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to facilitate property sales and rentals.
• Prepare and present detailed property reports and documentation.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate, property sales, or valuation.
• Proficiency in property marketing and sales techniques, both online and offline.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and their use in property marketing.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certification in Estate Management or a related field is optional but advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
150,000 – 250,000 Monthly.
