Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Estate Manager located in Lagos.
• The Estate Manager will oversee daily operations of the estates, manage property and facility services, ensure a high level of customer service, and monitor budgeting and financial activities.
• The Estate Manager will also handle tenant issues, coordinate maintenance, and ensure compliance with al gelevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management or related field
• Experience: Minimum of 3years, with proven track records in estate/facility management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent facility and resident relationship management
• Proven ability to improve estate operations, maintenance, and security.
• Estate Management and Property Management skills
• Facility Management (FM) capabilities
• Ability to work on-site
• Relevant certifications in estate or property management are a plus
