Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant) to join our dynamic telecommunications team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving enterprise client acquisition, revenue growth, and solution-based sales within the connectivity and ICT sector.

This role requires a professional with strong technical sales expertise, a deep understanding of enterprise connectivity solutions, and the ability to build and sustain long-term business relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new enterprise clients for connectivity and ICT solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective pipeline management and relationship building.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Engage key decision-makers through consultative, value-driven selling approaches.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations that address specific business challenges and goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to guide sales strategy.
  • Oversee client proposals, documentation, order processing, and onboarding processes.
  • Provide post-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships for retention and upselling.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise clients through continuous engagement and service excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably within connectivity, ICT, or telecommunications.
  • Demonstrated success managing complete sales cycles — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Strong technical understanding of connectivity products (leased lines, fiber optics, VPNs, cloud services, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills across all business levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
