• We are seeking a diligent and technically skilled Electrical Technician to support the smooth operation of our terminal facilities through proactive maintenance and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems. This role ensures all equipment operates at optimal performance by executing preventive maintenance plans, monitoring asset performance, and supporting operational reliability in line with safety and quality standards.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide maintenance support for terminal assets to guarantee availability and efficiency of all equipment.
• Conduct daily inspections of equipment and facilities, identifying maintenance needs and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Monitor and track equipment performance, ensuring timely escalation of issues.
• Liaise with staff and external contractors on equipment maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of maintenance budgets and ensure compliance with budgetary controls.
• Prepare and submit technical reports to the Mechanical Coordinator.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, HSSEQ policies, and ISO procedures at all times.
• Execute assigned responsibilities in line with the Terminal Annual Maintenance Schedule.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Mechanical Coordinator.

Requirements:

• OND/HND in Electrical Engineering or Applied Sciences.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in maintenance, preferably within oil & gas or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian oil & gas industry and logistics value chain.
• Understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrated versatility, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving ability.
