Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Engineering Technician at Sunsteel Industries Limited.
• The technician will be responsible for performing troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems, conducting routine maintenance, testing equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• They will also assist in the design, assembly, and soldering of electrical components, as well as collaborate with team members to enhance system efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve electrical system issues
• Sound knowledge and practical expertise in Electrical Engineering and Electricity principles
• Familiarity with Test Equipment for system diagnostics and performance evaluations
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a challenging environment
• Relevant vocational or technical certification in electrical engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial setting is a plus
• Availability to work shifts including weekends
