Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Install, commission, and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure electrical systems comply with applicable codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on electrical installations.

Technical & Operational Duties:

• Diagnose electrical faults and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Supervise electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance activities on-site.
• Evaluate electrical loads and recommend upgrades or improvements where necessary.
• Select appropriate electrical materials, equipment, and tools for projects.
• Monitor power distribution systems, generators, transformers, and control panels.

Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce electrical safety procedures and best practices at all times.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with HSE and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, permits, and inspection records

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc. / B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution.
• A Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering may be considered with relevant experience.
