Role Overview
- The Educational Consultant plays a key role in ensuring every learner’s academic journey is smooth, engaging, and results-driven.
- You will act as the link between parents, learners, and tutors — ensuring classes run effectively, concerns are resolved promptly, and every family receives the Brint-standard experience of excellence.
- This role demands a strong mix of communication skills, attention to detail, empathy, and academic coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor ongoing classes to ensure teaching quality and consistency.
- Handle parent communications and escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Conduct learner follow-ups and satisfaction checks to maintain a premium experience.
- Collaborate with Tutor Success Managers to address performance issues or learner-tutor mismatches.
- Maintain accurate records of reports, surveys, and feedback in the internal system.
- Prepare weekly class performance summaries for management review.
- Support the onboarding of new learners — ensuring they are placed with the right tutors based on assessments and learning goals.
- Recommend curriculum adjustments or learning support where needed.
- Contribute ideas to improve learner retention, satisfaction, and academic growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in education consulting, academic coordination, or school operations (virtual or physical).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Empathy and professionalism in dealing with parents and learners.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-growing environment.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, CRM or dashboard tools.
