Your responsibilities…
- You will oversee the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
- You will develop and execute strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize online sales.
- You will manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising, optimizing product visibility and sales performance.
- You will analyze key e-commerce metrics to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven strategies.
- You will lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across PPC, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- You will develop and manage advertising budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and hitting performance targets such as ROAS and CPA.
- You will utilize A/B testing, data analysis, and tracking tools to optimize campaign targeting, messaging, and performance.
- You will implement and manage email marketing campaigns to engage customers, drive repeat purchases, and boost customer lifetime value.
- You will design and execute paid advertising campaigns across social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- You will collaborate with marketing, buying, operations, tech, and customer service teams to align e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.
- You will stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
To be considered, you should have…
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Email Marketing are a plus.
- At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce management, performance marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising, preferably in retail.
- A proven track record of driving online sales and revenue growth through effective digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track and optimize performance.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms, including PPC, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns and automation, using platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A results-oriented mindset, focused on delivering measurable outcomes and driving business impact.
