We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Driver to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting our clients and employees to various destinations across the city, ensuring a comfortable and timely experience.

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
• Transport clients and employees to designated locations throughout Lagos and surrounding areas
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed
• Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle at all times
• Plan optimal routes using GPS navigation systems and knowledge of local roads to avoid traffic congestion
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to the appropriate department
• Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing passenger needs and concerns promptly and professionally
• Adapt to changing schedules and last-minute requests with flexibility and a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Thorough knowledge of Lagos roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Team player mentality with the ability to work independently when required
• High standards of personal grooming and presentation
• Proficiency in using GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Physical ability to assist with luggage and passenger needs
• Attention to detail in maintaining vehicle cleanliness and completing required documentation
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience as a professional driver or in the transportation industry is a plus
