Responsibilities:

• Promptly deliver customers’ orders within the designated delivery area in Lagos State.
• Ensure that orders are delivered in the best possible condition.
• Handle any special delivery requests, such as handling fragile items or delivering during specific times.
• Perform pickup from designated branch and customers.
• Provide excellent customer service during every delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Communicate with customers regarding any potential delivery delays, issues with orders, or special requests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the delivery vehicle.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• SSCE / OND
• Valid Driver’s / Rider’s license card
• NIN

Requirements & Skills:

• A valid rider’s card and a clean driving record.
• A smartphone with data and GPS capability.
• A familiarity with the geographic area and traffic patterns of your delivery zone.
• Safe and defensive riding skills and ability to be physically active throughout your workday.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in English
• Polite and able to get along with people.

Minimum Experience:

• 0-1 year experience
• Experience in the logistics field
