Role Overview
- The Sales Agent will be responsible for driving client acquisition, nurturing relationships, and promoting investment products.
- This role requires a proactive and persuasive professional who thrives in the financial services industry and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Promote the products.
- Sales & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
- Provide tailored financial solutions aligned with client needs and goals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Support
- Guide clients through onboarding and investment processes.
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client inquiries.
Qualifications & Skills
- Candidates should possess an NCE / OND qualification
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
- Candidate will be posted to the location nearest to their residence.

- Salary: N120,000 / month.
- Basic salary plus performance-based Commission and incentives (HMO, Pension and General Life Insurance).
