Role Overview

• The Sales Agent will be responsible for driving client acquisition, nurturing relationships, and promoting investment products.
• This role requires a proactive and persuasive professional who thrives in the financial services industry and is passionate about helping clients achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Lead Generation
• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Promote the products.
• Sales & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
• Provide tailored financial solutions aligned with client needs and goals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Support
• Guide clients through onboarding and investment processes.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client inquiries.

Qualifications & Skills

• Candidates should possess an NCE / OND qualification
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of investment products and financial markets is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
• Candidate will be posted to the location nearest to their residence.
