Job Summary
- The primary objective of the Direct Sales Agents is to create customer awareness of company’s products and services.
- The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for presenting companies products and services to potential customers and meeting targets.
Responsibilities
- Meeting or exceeding monthly targets
- Participate in direct marketing to inform potential customers in different territories about company’s financial products.
- Obtaining necessary documents on all financial products sold.
- Tracking traffic flow of customers assigned to you
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
- Ensure accuracy of all forms and documents submitted by customers
- Participate in weekly/monthly sales performance meetings
- Identifying strategies to penetrate territories to market company’s products
- Mobilize deposits, loans and investment for the company
- Collect and prepare all necessary documentation for loan package
- Follow up with clients to verify information and ensure repayment is made as at when due
- Prepare and maintain all paperwork for existing and new customers of the company
Skill Required
- Fluent in spoken English, good writing skills and ability to make presentations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to execute to give proven results
- Ability to multitask with good management skills
- Numerical and analytical skills
