Job Summary
- The Digital Marketing & IT Specialist will develop and execute online marketing strategies to promote the company’s real estate properties and brand presence.
- The role focuses on driving engagement, generating qualified leads, and enhancing visibility across digital platforms through creative and data-driven campaigns.
Core Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement online campaigns to promote property listings and brand visibility.
- Manage social media platforms, website updates, and online advertising.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights.
Content & SEO Management:
- Optimize website content and property listings for search engine visibility.
- Coordinate creation of digital content such as blogs, email campaigns, and property newsletters.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Analytics & Innovation:
- Monitor digital trends and recommend strategies to enhance marketing performance.
- Use analytics to measure engagement and refine marketing strategies.
- Introduce innovative digital tools to support business growth.
IT & Website Management:
- Design, develop, and manage company websites to ensure functionality, user-friendliness, and up-to-date property listings.
- Provide basic IT support including troubleshooting hardware/software issues and liaising with external IT vendors when necessary.
- Ensure data security, backups, and smooth operation of digital platforms.
- Implement website improvements for better speed, responsiveness, and user experience.
- Manage hosting, domain, and email configurations as required.
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
- Drive online lead generation through targeted campaigns and landing pages.
- Manage digital inquiries and ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients.
Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing campaigns with property launches.
- Support offline marketing activities with digital amplification.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Digital Marketing are an added advantage.
- Proven experience (2 years) in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or property industry.
- Strong portfolio of successful campaigns (social media, SEO/SEM).
