Digital Marketing Executive

Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive, located in Lagos. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote KOKO’s products and services.
  • Day-to-day tasks include managing social media marketing, creating web content, analysing web analytics, and communicating marketing strategies effectively.

Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing:

  • Develop and manage Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, and YouTube Ads.
  • Optimise ad budgets and strategies for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Track and analyse ad performance using Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to boost conversions.

Social Media Growth & Content Strategy:

  • Develop and execute social media content plans to grow brand presence.
  • Work with content creators and designers to create engaging posts, videos, and reels.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
  • Monitor engagement, followers, and community interactions.

Website Optimisation & SEO:

  • Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Ensure a seamless shopping experience through optimized product pages and landing pages.
  • Track website performance and conversion rates.

Email, WhatsApp & SMS Marketing:

  • Plan and execute email campaigns for customer retention and promotions.
  • Set up marketing automation for lead nurturing.
  • Track open rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement.

Data Analytics & Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and CRM tools to track customer behavior.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and business impact.

Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or relatars experience in digital marketing.

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Instagram marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, Mailchimp etc.

Skills:

  • Analytical mindset Ability to interpret data and optimise cive thinker
  • Ability to develop engaging marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
