Digital Marketer & Sales Strategist

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Own the go-to-market plan and campaign calendar across channels (paid, owned, earned, and offline).
  • Define ICPs, buyer journeys, value propositions, and messaging for B2C/B2B segments.

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Plan and manage performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Display), SEO/SEM, and paid social.
  • Lead content and social strategy (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok), including copy, creatives, and community engagement.
  • Run email and lifecycle automation (onboarding, nurture, win-back) with A/B testing and deliverability best practice.
  • Manage web UX/CRO: landing pages, forms, pixels, tags, and conversion events.

Sales & Business Development

  • Build and qualify pipelines via inbound/outbound tactics; run demos and discovery calls.
  • Nurture partnerships and affiliates; coordinate events, pop-ups, print collateral, and promotional activations.
  • Work closely with Product to translate customer feedback into features and offers.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own marketing and sales dashboards (GA4, Ads Managers, CRM reports)
  • Forecast pipeline and produce weekly/monthly performance reports with clear recommendations.

Brand, Compliance & Ops

  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure marketing and sales activity aligns with data-protection and financial-services guidelines in relevant markets.

Requirements & Skills

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing and/or growth + hands-on sales or business development.
  • Proven success running multi-channel campaigns and hitting revenue/lead targets.
  • Tools: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email automation (e.g., Mailchimp/HubSpot), CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive), basic design (Canva/Figma) a plus.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills; confident with numbers and experimentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management; able to operate independently and meet deadlines.
  • Fintech or payments experience is an advantage.
