Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote real estate properties and company services.
- Manage all social media platforms with consistent, engaging, and brand-focused content.
- Create high-quality visual and written content that highlights property features, client testimonials, market insights, and company updates.
- Run targeted paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate qualified leads.
- Track and analyze marketing performance, optimizing campaigns for better reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Generate and follow up on leads through digital campaigns, direct outreach, and relationship building.
- Identify and build partnerships with agents, developers, and key stakeholders to drive sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support sales activities by engaging prospective buyers and guiding them toward property purchase decisions.
Requirements
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in digital marketing, business development, or a related field (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of social media management, online advertising, and analytics.
- Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, and basic website optimization.
- Excellent communication, content creation, and lead-generation skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet sales and marketing targets
