Role Summary

• Responsible for grassroots deposit generation, customer engagement, and relationship management. Each officer works within an assigned zone or market cluster to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deposit targets while promoting the bank’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new customers across target segments.
• Manage existing customers to ensure consistent inflow and retention.
• Conduct market activations, community engagements, and group mobilizations.
• Maintain accurate records of mobilized funds and client interactions.
• Provide daily reports to the Team Lead.
• Cross-sell other bank products (e.g., loans, savings, fixed deposits).
• Uphold the bank’s image and customer service standards at all times.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Daily and monthly deposit target achievement.
• Number of new customers/accounts opened.
• Value and frequency of deposit transactions.
• Retention rate of customers.
• Participation in marketing and promotional events.
• Compliance with reporting and documentation standards.

Academic Qualification(s)

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking & Finance with 3 years experience.
