Deck Sales Lead
Responsibilities
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Lead by example by conducting effective sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the company’s products and services.
- Provide demonstrations and answer client questions to address concerns and objections.
- Mandatory Participation in sales meetings, regular training sessions, and professional development activities.
Closing Sales:
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring that client needs and expectations are met.
- Prepare and process sales contracts and related documentation.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure they are satisfied with the product/service and address any issues or concerns.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Implement sales strategies provided by the senior management to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identity sales opportunities by communicating effectively to the Deck Team.
- Report trends (either positive or negative) to senior management for cohesive decisions and outlook in ensuring smooth operations.
- Project Individual deck monthly sales revenue while collaborating with the Head of Sales on how to achieve this effectively.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and effectively communicate with the senior management.
- Set clear sales goals and objectives for your sales team.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Mentor sales representatives to build a high-performing sales team.
- Conduct weekly performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to senior management.
- Foster a positive, highly competitive and motivating work environment.
- Organize and lead daily pre-sales (motivation) and after-sales (applaud, correct, and train) meetings sessions.
Customer/Member Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
- Ensure high levels of customer and member satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from telemarketing to closing deals within Individual deck parameters.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor sales team performance and track Individual sales representatives and T.O.’s key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the telemarketing team to ensure quality leads, timely tours and feedback on customer-booker conversations (positive and negative).
- Coordinate with other departments such as Telemarketing, administration, Contracts, finance, and operations to ensure smooth sales support and processes.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical/honest standards.
- Promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior within the sales team.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years work experience.
