Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated strong leadership skills and qualities
• High level of innovation in academic and administrative practice
• Proven stability, sound judgment, and ability to provide consistent leadership
• Considerable versatility in managing academic, administrative, and strategic responsibilities
• Must be of the academic rank of Senior Lecturer or above
• Relevant experience in university teaching, research, and academic administration will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for the Faculty of Natural & Applied Sciences
• Coordinate teaching, research, and community service activities within the Faculty
• Ensure effective implementation of university policies and academic standards
• Promote innovation, staff development, and academic excellence
