Job Description
- The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and verify data from various sources into the company’s database.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries.
- Organize and maintain digital records for easy retrieval.
- Assist in processing and updating examination-related materials in the Examkits Department.
- Perform periodic data backups and quality checks.
- Handle confidential information with integrity.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data flow.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
- Experience: Prior data entry or administrative experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Location: Must reside in Enugu.
Skills:
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attributes: Reliable, discreet, and able to meet deadlines.
