Job Overview

• We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across Rivy.
• The ideal candidate will gather, process, and analyze data to generate insights that improve performance, optimize operations, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate datasets from internal systems and external sources.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• ⁠Build reports and dashboards for cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Credit, Collections and Recovery, ERM,Ops).
• ⁠Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with teams to define data requirements for ongoing initiatives.
• ⁠Present findings clearly using visuals and narrative reports to stakeholders.
• Support automation of routine data tasks and reporting processes.
• ⁠Ensure data integrity and security in all analysis and reporting activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and at least one analytics tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Proficiency in Python/R is a plus.
• ⁠Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a simple and clear way.
• Experience in a tech or financial services environment is compulsory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM and ERP data (e.g., Looker Studio, HubSpot).
• Familiarity with data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery).
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance (e.g., NDPR, GDPR).
• Exposure to A/B testing, customer segmentation, or predictive modeling.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
