Data Analyst

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools and collaborate with cross-functional to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Support the development of predictive models to improve customer experience and retention.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms and reports.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the telecom or tech industry.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Python or R is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
