Customer Support

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls, handle inquiries and complaints, and provide business consultation, operational guidance, and technical support.
  • Collect, organize, and maintain customer information to establish and update customer profiles.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and propose improvement measures.
  • Handle after-sales services such as refunds and product exchanges, ensuring customer rights and interests are safeguarded.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to drive timely and effective resolution of customer issues.

Qualifications

  • College degree or above;
  • Fluent in Mandarin with strong communication skills and customer service awareness.
  • Experience in telecommunications projects, with the ability to quickly learn new knowledge and skills.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
