Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls, handle inquiries and complaints, and provide business consultation, operational guidance, and technical support.
- Collect, organize, and maintain customer information to establish and update customer profiles.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and propose improvement measures.
- Handle after-sales services such as refunds and product exchanges, ensuring customer rights and interests are safeguarded.
- Coordinate with internal departments to drive timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Qualifications
- College degree or above;
- Fluent in Mandarin with strong communication skills and customer service awareness.
- Experience in telecommunications projects, with the ability to quickly learn new knowledge and skills.
- Strong ability to work under pressure and a collaborative team spirit.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
