Overview
Skrybe, a UK-based innovator in medical skin-marking tools, seeks a highly responsive Customer Service / Team Assistant with strong HubSpot expertise to manage customer inquiries and provide administrative support for our sales team targeting healthcare professionals in the UK and USA.
This role will handle HubSpot CRM operations, lead tracking, scheduling, and basic reporting, ensuring seamless communication across US, UK, and EU time zones with a professional, natural tone.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries and support through HubSpot CRM, responding to all queries within 60 minutes during working hours.
- Assist the sales team with lead tracking, scheduling follow-ups, and managing customer care for US and UK markets.
- Provide administrative support across multiple time zones (US/UK/EU), including inbox management, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
- Prepare basic reports (sales activity, customer engagement) and maintain internal organization using HubSpot and standard office tools.
- Support Shopify order tracking and ensure smooth communication with customers to uphold Skrybe’s premium brand standards.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve customer experience in the UK and USA markets.
- Stay updated on HubSpot features and best practices to optimize CRM usage.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Sciences, or similar) strongly preferred; degrees in business or related fields considered but less prioritized.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a CRM-based assistant role, with proven proficiency in HubSpot.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot, Gmail, and standard office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office); familiarity with Shopify order tracking a plus.
- Exceptional written and spoken English with a fluent, neutral, and professional tone (no robotic, overly formal, or local colloquialisms).
- Ability to respond to customer inquiries within 60 minutes during working hours, demonstrating proactive and reliable communication.
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing tasks across multiple time zones (US/UK/EU).
- Professionalism: Reliable, deadline-driven, with mandatory access to high-speed internet suitable for remote work.
- Mindset: Curious, open to feedback, and aware of global customer service standards, avoiding slow communication or inconsistent follow-up.

Salary
