Job description: Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe ideal candidate must be iPhone-savvy, proactive, and highly responsive to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.
This role involves handling both physical and virtual customer interactions through calls, messages, DMs, and emails, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, messages, DMs, and emails.
Provide accurate information about RHMS Techproducts and services.
Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products and services.
Process orders, returns, and refunds when necessary.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated customer issues.
Monitor and manage social media inquiries and engagements during shifts.
Qualification & ExperienceMinimum of OND / HND / B.Sc qualification in any related field.
At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in tech or retail).
Previous experience handling social media inquiries, live chat, and phone support is an advantage.
Required Skills:iPhone proficiency – Must know how to navigate and troubleshoot iPhones.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Fast response time to customer inquiries.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude.
Tech-savvy and familiar with online customer service tools.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Other Requirements:Must reside in Ikeja or nearby areas for easy commuting.
Must be available for flexible working hours, including Saturdays (compulsory, but 5 days per week schedule applies).
Must be reliable, responsible, and a fast learner.
Work Schedule:Employees will work on a rotational basis:
One (1) week in-office
One (1) week remotely.
Shift Details:Day Shift (In-Office): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5 days per week).
Night Shift (Remote): 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM (5 days per week).
