Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via apps, chat, or phone in clear, professional English.
- Take and confirm customer orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Enter and update orders into the system for the kitchen and dispatch teams.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests politely and efficiently.
- Provide updates on order status or delays to customers.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders.
- Work closely with the kitchen, dispatchers, and trackers to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a Restaurant is a must
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Comfortable using a laptop, communication apps, chat systems, and smartphones.
