Customer Service/Support Personnel

Salary: 120k

Experience: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via apps, chat, or phone in clear, professional English.
  • Take and confirm customer orders, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Enter and update orders into the system for the kitchen and dispatch teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests politely and efficiently.
  • Provide updates on order status or delays to customers.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders.
  • Work closely with the kitchen, dispatchers, and trackers to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a Restaurant is a must
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Comfortable using a laptop, communication apps, chat systems, and smartphones.
