We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Assistant Customer Care Representative to join our team and contribute to our mission.

YOU’LL GET TO..

  •  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; provide accurate information and assistance.
  •  Identify and resolve customer issues promptly; escalate complex problems to senior staff or relevant departments.
  •  Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  •  Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions; document all inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  •  Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
  •  Gather customer feedback and report recurring issues to help improve products and services.
  •  Work hand in hand with the sales manager and other team members as needed; contribute to a positive team environment.
  •  Suggest improvements to customer service, sales and workshop team and help implement best practices.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  •  Bachelors degree or OND in mass communication or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  •  3 years+ experience in a customer service role.
  •  Relevant certifications or training in customer service (preferred).
  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  •  Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  •  Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  •  Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
  •  Friendly and empathetic demeanor.
