Job Description

  • We are seeking proactive and articulate individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (Outbound) for a 3-month project.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for placing outbound calls to customers to conduct surveys, collect feedback, and accurately record responses.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage professionally with a diverse audience.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to customers to conduct surveys as assigned.
  • Accurately record and report responses in the designated system.
  • Adhere to daily calling targets and project timelines.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality on all calls.
  • Escalate any challenges or feedback from respondents as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or telemarketing role is an added advantage.
  • Fluency in Yoruba is a strong advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Must be available forimmediate resumption (November 17, 2025).
  • Proximity to Maryland, Lagos is a plus.
