Customer Service Representative (Outbound)
Job Description
- We are seeking proactive and articulate individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (Outbound) for a 3-month project.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for placing outbound calls to customers to conduct surveys, collect feedback, and accurately record responses.
- This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to engage professionally with a diverse audience.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to conduct surveys as assigned.
- Accurately record and report responses in the designated system.
- Adhere to daily calling targets and project timelines.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality on all calls.
- Escalate any challenges or feedback from respondents as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or telemarketing role is an added advantage.
- Fluency in Yoruba is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Must be available forimmediate resumption (November 17, 2025).
- Proximity to Maryland, Lagos is a plus.
