Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
  • Register new patients, update patient records, and verify documents as necessary.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments while overseeing the hospital’s appointment system.
  • Maintain organization in the waiting area.
  • Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and procedures.
  • Assist patients with forms, directions, and basic service needs.
  • Liaise with medical staff and departments to ensure smooth communication.
  • Address patient complaints with empathy.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of all patient records and hospital operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields).
  • Proven experience in customer service, reception, or front desk roles (healthcare experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Warm, approachable personality with a professional appearance.
