Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Register new patients, update patient records, and verify documents as necessary.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments while overseeing the hospital’s appointment system.
- Maintain organization in the waiting area.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and procedures.
- Assist patients with forms, directions, and basic service needs.
- Liaise with medical staff and departments to ensure smooth communication.
- Address patient complaints with empathy.
- Uphold the confidentiality of all patient records and hospital operations.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields).
- Proven experience in customer service, reception, or front desk roles (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Warm, approachable personality with a professional appearance.
