Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative (Frontliner) serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication, prompt issue resolution, and adherence to company service standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in customers courteously and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information on company products, services, and policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently.
  • Process transactions, payments, and service orders where applicable.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department.
  • Ensure the front desk or service area is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
  • Promote company offerings and ensure customers have a positive service experience.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • MINIMUM 3 years proven experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or front desk operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of CRM or POS systems.
  • Neat appearance, courteous disposition, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
