In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing support, answering inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction with our security products and services.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
Provide information about security systems, monitoring services, and company policies
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of issues and satisfaction with service
Handle billing questions and process payments when necessary
Identify opportunities for upselling or additional services based on customer needs
Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through system setup
RequirementsHigher National Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the security or technology industry
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic technical understanding of alarm systems, CCTV, or access control is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
